PIX4Dreact 1.6: location search, faster processing, & more!
PIX4Dreact's latest update enhances usability with location search (by name, ZIP, or GPS coordinates) and simultaneous multi-project export/import. It also features optimized processing for Apple M-series CPUs and adds Czech, Hungarian, and Romanian language support.
Facilitating SAR teams
Search and Rescue (SAR) teams play a critical role in locating and assisting individuals in distress across various environments. From urban settings to remote wilderness areas, these teams are equipped to handle diverse challenges.

PIX4Dreact is tailored to assist with both emergency response operations and preparedness efforts. You can now search for a location by its name, postal code, or its Lat-Lon GPS coordinates. PIX4Dreact willdirectly jump to the given location.
Situational awareness: count points of interest on the ground
It is now possible to count multipoint markers on your maps, assisting emergency response teams in conveying critical information quickly and efficiently to all personnel involved in an incident.

Whether it is highlighting points of interest, marking damage assessment areas, outlining hazardous zones, or tracking the progression of dynamic events, with PIX4Dreact, teams on the ground and incident commanders get aggregated data for situational awareness and streamlined communications.

With the latest update, it is now also possible to export maps and areas of interest, marked with labels, as JPEG or PNG snapshots, with the option to choose the label size.
Batch projects import and export
Users can now export and import multiple projects simultaneously, streamlining the process of archiving older maps to free up space for new ones or for sharing larger map sets. Also, monitoring hard drive usage has now become easier, as the space each map occupies is now visible, facilitating efficient storage management.

Blazing-fast processing on Apple M-series, and more!
PIX4Dreact is now natively optimized for Apple M-series ARM CPUs, delivering an average of 29% faster processing! What does that mean for you? A 4.9GB Mavic 3 Enterprise dataset with 775 images used to take 2.56 minutes to process on PIX4Dreact 1.5, but now it processes in just 1.8 minutes with the updated 1.6 version on an Apple M1! Experience the difference and power through your projects like never before. Please note that Macs with Intel CPUs are no longer supported.
This update also brings improved compatibility for unsupported drones, as nearly any RGB camera can now be processed with the appropriate tags. Additionally, PIX4Dreact 1.6 now natively supports the following drones:
- DJI Mini 3
- DJI Matrice 4E
- DJI Matrice 4T (wide RGB)
- DJI Zenmuse L1 (RGB)
- Sony ILX-LR1
- Sentera 6X Thermal Pro (RGB and Thermal)
Three new languages are also now supported: Czech, Hungarian, and Romanian.
