What are my payment options?Pix4D accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and wire transfers (for amounts above 1500 US$, € or CHF).
Can I purchase one month at a time?Pix4D subscriptions are renewed month-to-month or annualy. They can be cancelled at anytime before the renewal date in your account settings.
Do you offer training?Yes! We offer several learning pathways to suit your needs, from YouTube tutorials to one-on-one workshops in your office. Find out more on our training page.
What are the tools and output formats used in PIX4Dfields?A full feature list is available online.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time from your Pix4D user account. Any downgrade changes, including cancellations, will be reflected only at the end of your existing billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, it will not autorenew and you will not be billed at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds.
Do you offer an educational license?Yes. Find out more on our educational licenses page. Please note that it can only be used for scientific research and/or educational (teaching) use.
What is Personal Support and Upgrades?Personal Support and Upgrades (S&U) is a yearly license which includes ticket-based support and software upgrades.
For monthly or yearly subscriptions, it is automatically included during their entire duration. For perpetual licenses, it is included for the first 12 months after the purchase.
S&U can be purchased and keep been renewed at 20% of the regular list price annually. If the S&U is not renewed, the software will continue working but the whole price of the software will need to be paid in order to access Personal Support & Upgrades again.
