What are my payment options?Pix4D accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal payments. For wire transfers (only available for amounts above 1500 USD, Euro, or CHF) please contact our sales team.
Can I purchase one month at a time?Pix4D subscriptions are renewed month-to-month or annually. They can be canceled any time before the renewal date in your account settings.
Do you offer training?Yes! We offer several learning pathways to suit your needs, including lab manuals and information aimed at students and teachers. Find out more on our training page.

What is Personal Support and Upgrades?Personal Support and Upgrades (S&U) is a yearly license which includes ticket-based support and software upgrades.
For monthly or yearly subscriptions, it is automatically included during their entire duration. For perpetual licenses, it is included for the first 12 months after the purchase.
S&U can be purchased and keep been renewed at 20% of the regular list price annually. If the validity of the S&U has expired, please get in touch with our sales team to renew your S&U.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time from your Pix4D user account. Any downgrade changes, including cancellations, will be reflected only at the end of your existing billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, it will not autorenew and you will not be billed at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds.
